A bilingual Montreal native, Nikita graduated from the University of Guelph’s Bachelor of Commerce Real Estate and Housing Honours Program. Nikita’s experience working with buyers, sellers and renters helped him gain a strong understanding that a home is much more than a structure. It is a place where one chooses to live a certain lifestyle, where the interior and exterior design reflect one’s personality and where countless memories are made. His time spent working in a home builder’s design studio and expertise in home staging is a tremendous resource in helping his clients find solutions to challenging spaces. His energetic personality, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond has resulted in lasting client relationships and repeat business.

Having travelled extensively, Nikita has experienced first handedly that a small impact can make a big difference in both the local and global community. He looks forward to helping people find the right place, whether it is their first or forever home.
